Dr. Matthew H. Kopera is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, specializing in both operative and non-operative treatments for knee and hip pain, shoulder pain/injuries, fractures/trauma, sports injuries, and general orthopedics. In addition, he has extensive experience with alternative treatments such as viscosupplementation and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Dr. Kopera communicates effectively with patients about their diagnosis and treatment options, and helps to guide their recovery and return to a pain-free, active life.

With the newly designed office, onsite x-ray services, and fully-equipped examination and casting rooms, Southeast Michigan Center for Orthopedics is built for the patients' comfort and convenience.
